Board of Directors -- Open Meetings	The last Wednesday of each month, at 7pm, at the Clubhouse.	Please come to the meeting if you can; all agendas are posted before the meeting in all elevators and in the laundry rooms.	Call the HOA office.
Board of Directors -- Executive Sessions	One to three times a month, as needed, typically on Mondays or Wednesdays.	Board members can not discuss issues outside of executive sessions. These issues include legal issues, contractual issues, personnel issues, dispute resolution, and disciplinary issues.
